Congratulations to the following customers who won a FREE spring service on their equipment after attending our Keep It Green events on March 4th: Bev & Richard Bernier, Raynham store, Katie and Eric Bodzinski, Greenfield store, and Rick Dube in Lancaster store. This event was designed to help customers who recently purchased an x300, x500, x700, Gator or CUT learn a little bit more about the proper maintenance and operation of their equipment. Mechanics and parts personnel were on hand to offer demos and answer questions. We had such a good time, we're going to do it again next year because we strongly believe in importance of supporting our customers after the sale!
Padula believes in ongoing training for our employees... Recently Sara Perry and Dianne Dunne from our administrative department travelled to Iowa for training. In March we have a number of salesmen flying down to Florida for roll-out of new John Deere equipment. We believe that keeping our employees well informed and up to date in their training helps to insure a higher level of service to our customers through all the levels of their interactions with our company. Just another part of our commitment to providing superior customer service.
Padula Brothers provides tractors for the Appleseed Country Fair hosted at Red Apple Farm in Phillipston, MA
Organizers of the Appleseed Country Fair came up with a new twist on the concept of a tractor pull. They asked us to provide the tractors, which we were happy to do. Our tractors enjoyed their vacation, and it looks like the competitors were having a pretty good time too!
